Our Licensed & Insured FP Staff will:

• Work with executors, clients and the public trustee if required.
• Ensure accurate evaluations of all antiques and collectibles.
• Facilitate an ‘On Site’ preliminary appraisal and categorize the contents of the estate.
• Arrange to have all valuable estate and gemstone jewelry appraised by a certified gemologist.
• Broker or consign any quality antiques and collectibles.
• Crate paintings and arrange transportation of fine art to international auction houses.
• Conduct and provide all resources for on site ‘auctions’ of large estates. 
• Take it one step further by coordinating and providing experienced staff for an onsite estate or garage sale.
• Facilitate the removal of any left over clutter and arrange the clean up of the property.

Our FP High Exposure Service will:

1. Drive a crowd to your estate sale with a newsletter to over 2700 clients on our email list.
2. Create an online image gallery of your valuables to reach more people. 
3. Advertise your sale in all the Vancouver Island papers plus 5 related electronic websites.
4. Provide and strategically place road signs for high traffic visibility.
