ORIGINAL BLUEPRINT & MAP - HIGHLAND PARK SUBDIVISION, EDMONTON, ALBERTA - This 1960's original blue print and map of Edmonton highlights the Highland Park subdivision. As you can see in the photos the telephone number for the surveyor and his company contains only 4 digits. This 16” by 20 1/2” blueprint was part of an estate that we are currently liquidating and it is 100% original. Research shows that the subdivision of Beverly heights (see map) was once the village of Beverly Alberta. It was incorporated into the city of Edmonton in 1961. This antique came in a round card board tube, it is in good condition but has a couple of small clean tears near the outside edges This is truly a rare historical find and a "must have" for any owner of a home in Highland Park, Edmonton. What a conversation piece, just have it professionally mount it in a frame and hang it on the wall.

Hibben, T. N. : MAP OF VANCOUVER ISLAND AND THE ADJACENT MAINLAND OF BRITISH COLUMBIA - 1907 - 34" x 26". This very scarce map was published ca1907 by Hibben in Victoria, B. C and is in very good condition, a little chipped at right edge, reinforced at one or two folds, distinct green and black coloring, measures 34" x 26", depicts Vancouver Island and surrounding area.
